Every client is different and each session for the same client is different. There are no formulas used here. Kris assesses what a client is seeking to release and create in their life. As an empath, she often feels in her own body where a client is holding stuck energy, allowing her to target those blockages easily.
Sessions are safe, effective, practical and strictly confidential.
Tools Used
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Emotion & Body Code, Energy Medicine, 5 Element clearing, hypnotherapy, shamanic practices, spiritual practices like shadow and forgiveness work, visualization, and affirmative prayer.
Types of Sessions & Scheduling Options
Individual Energy Coaching sessions are primarily conducted online or by phone. Remote sessions are just as effective as in-person ones and offer greater scheduling availability. Online sessions can also be recorded. In-person sessions take place in her Bloomfield, New Jersey office and are limited. Contact for availability.

Custom packages are available on a limited basis.
Group healing is both gentle and powerful. Some groups are created for healing on a specific theme, while others are open to anyone seeking calm and balance.
Brand newbies to energy healing are most welcome.

Kris speaks frequently at conferences, events, colleges, and churches, temples, and spiritual centers of all types. To best serve the specific audience, each talk is created for the event she’s appearing at. In other words, no canned speeches here and no two talks are exactly alike.

Kris appears at bookstores, meetings, galleries, spiritual organizations, and other locations for short talks, demonstrations, and signings at no charge. This is for any of her 3 books.
