The resiliency of life is all around us.
I have to say, this has been a very different and very good December for me. So, SO much can change in a year.
At the end of November 2017, I had just arrived home from a very, very long drive after my father’s memorial service. More than 1,800 miles in fact. I found myself limping into December, both literally and figuratively, beyond exhausted and nursing a major hip and knee injury. There would be no holiday spirit to be found. 2017 had been one of the most difficult years of my life. Frankly, I just wanted it over with.
Then 2018 came bearing an unexpected gift.
I WROTE A BOOK!!!
In March, I was asked to write a book for St. Martin’s Press! I have dreamed of becoming a published author since I was 8 years old. And when I felt most lost, a life preserver was thrown to me, and I was reeled back in with a chance to make this dream come true.
On April 30, 2019, my book, “Energy Healing: Simple and Effective Practices to Become Your Own Healer” will be released everywhere books are sold.
You’ll be hearing more about it in the coming months. Perhaps too much! There will be giveaways, promotions, contests, and a big party. Prepare yourselves!
It’s time for a brand new year for us all. 2019 is almost here. Many of us like to complete one year and begin another consciously. It’s wonderful if you have family, friends, and/or a religious or spiritual community to do this with. Alone or in a group, I’ve included a downloadable PDF hand out you can use for this purpose here:
Take an inventory. Let go. Remember the good. Set intentions for the new.
Everything can change in ways that seem impossible. Open to those new ideas.
Maybe 2019 will find one of your dreams coming true too!
Eyeing the finish line,
